How much do you charge?

Our fees depend on the scope and length of the project. We only work with a handful of customers at a time because our work is guaranteed be completed on time and on budget. We charge a straight project rate for mainline development and project work with additional fees for custom applications. These would include developing technical documentation, software development plans, technology roadmaps, custom integrations, full purpose built software applications, etc.

Many of our jobs include ongoing support and development. We offer full product support and maintenance contracts with every project. The size and scope of the agreement is up to the discretion of the customer.

How do I know you will deliver what is promised?

We include a detailed scope of work and project plan (with timelines) that both parties agree to before any work is performed. This protects both parties from surprises at the conclusion of the project. Should the scope of the project change before it is complete, then we have mechanisms in place to allow for changes and modifications to the plan.
